There are so many sushi spots around that it can be hard to distinguish yourself in Fairfield county. I first heard of Shiki Hana after hometown fave, Justin Long, raved about it in an Instagram story. Fairfield's favorite actor did not steer me wrong. Shiki Hana is a hole in the wall and in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. Their sushi is fresh and so reasonably priced for what you get. They have been takeout only since COVID but their service is great and the quality can't be beat. I order from them frequently when I'm either working from home or have the day off. My favorite rolls are the Philadelphia, spicy tuna, and yellowtail.
I found Shiki Hana from an Uber eats search! I went into the store to place my order and the host was helpful and pleasant. I ordered the crispy rice with tuna, the order had four pieces and tasted good. I also had a salmon avocado roll and the shrimp tempura roll. They were fresh and you had nice pieces of salmon and shrimp. I will definitely be going back.
Shiki Hana has become our go to for local sushi. It's a lost gem in that it's never overly busy. The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable relative to other sushi places. A homerun if you're going to do takeout. Parking can be a pain sometimes but that is outside of their control.
Absolutley loved it! Had a wonderful server who never left us waiting, the atmosphere was very calming and most importantly the sushi was good! Everything tasted fresh, well prepared and was beautifully presented. I cant wait to go back to sit at the chabudai tables they have available .

I have to agree with the other reviews, the sushi is very fresh. I did order a special roll and it was good, great. I won't lie, I wasn't use to it being so plain without the mayo sauce on top, but the freshness of the sushi was amazing. I can live without the mayo.
The best sushi in town! And the nicest staff! Please support this place as they can only do take out. They have no outdoor seating. COVID has limited their business. Still the best sushi in town! Creative roll selections and fresh food! Support local!
Great sushi at great prices. They do not have any nuts on their menu which I was pleasantly surprised by! No peanuts either! I dine here very often with a severe peanut/tree nut allergy with no issues ever. :
Great selection of lunch box specials at reasonable prices and generous portions. We often order the salmon teriyaki. I hope they start offering indoor dinner service soon so we can enjoy dining inside!

Food is well prepared and quite tasty; prices are middle high and portions are minuscule 8 tiny squares of Tofu about $1.00's worth for $6.50? Not recommended If you're hungry and not feeling flush.
