Shillingfords Fish And Chip Shop

Been a regular here for years. Never again. Owner very rude and insulting about 'walk ins '...ranting 'should have closed walk ins ' ... ' 'why do they think we have an app ' etc etc...as the queue of walk ins just looked at each other in consternation. Been happy enough to take my £20 over the years but felt totally devalued as a customer this evening after waiting without complaint for almost an hour. Staff were great but lost my business for sure...totally unprofessional Mr Shillingford

Well we just had our first Shillingfords. Wow. it was delicious.the chicken curry is stunning. the portion sizes were huge. burger was massive and tasted really nice. not a scrap left on any of the plates. will definitely order again. so easy to order. down it all online and picked up. 10 out of 10

just order food had a friend to pick it up for me they forgot to put in my curry after being charged and when I rang they told me there was nothing they could do not very good customer service skills ...

Just been served here! absolutely amazing customer service. 2nd time in two weeks on coming here food is amazing and would definitely recommend trying it!
