Japanese-Thai Fushion with a Super Nice restaurant staff makes this place one of those you would definitely come back to for lunch or dinner.There is so much to choose from on the menus, so today, we all decided to try something different to see if they could git the mark...I ordered Tom Kah Ramen with pork Belly, and my coworker ordered the Rainbow Bento Box with a side of spicy Edamame. The only thing I can say was we left nothing Flavor profiles for my ramen were spot on the coconut milk was creamy and the spice level was perfect.. The Bento box was packed with Fishy Goodness like eating straight from the ocean after it was hooked..Can't wait to come back and try the Miso Ramen and Japane...
However, when I opened the box in the car because I was really hungry, I was disappointed to find that the rice noodles (I had switched out rice for rice noodles) were overcooked, mushy, and overly salty. They were so unappetizing that I couldn’t eat them at all. Previously, their food had always been fresh and flavorful.
I must say, it was surprising and a bit concerning to see the restaurant completely empty while I waited for my order, especially since it was during the lunch rush. I hope they can turn things around, but for the foreseeable future, I think I’ll be dining somewhere else.
I’ve been coming here for years and it never disappoints, the menu is always improving, they now have a full sushi bar, top grade ramen, the owner is a magician and best of all, I’ve probably been here 50 times and never had a single bad experience, the staff is nice and it’s just a safe bet if you don’t know what the hell you want, go to SHIN.I just chill and work and grub and drink until I crawl my way back home, join me sometime. My family and I adore exploring Thai restaurants, and we have fallen in love with this one. Our favorite dish is the seafood soup, which brought back memories of enjoying it after church on Sundays in Los Angeles during my childhood. It was incredibly delicious and honestly didn't require anything else apart from some white rice. I was pleasantly surprised by both the portion sizes and the quality of the food!

Shin is an exceptional sushi restaurant. I've visited several places, but this one truly stands out. They offer outdoor seating, which is a lovely option. The ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend trying the highway rolls and the crab bombs—those were my favorites during my last visit. Overall, it's a fantastic spot. Whether you're dining with family or enjoying a one-on-one meal, this is the place to go!
I really enjoy Tom Kha Kai, which is a delicious soup made with coconut milk and tender pieces of chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant. The customer service is excellent, with staff that are quick to assist you. Everyone is polite, and the atmosphere is peaceful. If you like dining outside, they have tables and chairs on the patio. There’s also a large TV for you to watch while you wait for your food.
Should have known something was off when I pulled in to an empty parking lot. Sushi should not smell fishy or taste like mercury!! Had a bad experience here with rolls that were inedible. I was initially thankful the items in question were removed from my tab, but then an 18% gratuity was added to the bill, so essentially I still paid for it. Won't be returning.
The reason I gave it 2 stars is cuz the beer was good but do not order the spicy tuna! It was fishy smelling and definitely old. I ordered two roles and forced myself to eat one which I regret. I finally spoke up and returned the second. I feel lucky I didn't wake up sick. Also pricey for the quality. That was my anniversary dinner so I'm very disappointed!

I've been coming to this restaurant since 2007, and I've never been disappointed. From sushi to ramen, pad thai, and mango sticky rice, everything is always satisfying. The service is prompt, and the staff is respectful. I always look forward to my next visit.
