We drove from Ipswich to check out Shingle Inn Cleveland after the new owners took over, our local friends recommended it, and it was worth every kilometre. Tony and his team all family) made us feel so welcome for Mothers Day brunch, the High...Tea for my wife and Mother in Law was awesome, making them feel so special, and the other food was beautiful, presentation as well as taste. This franchise is one of the worst I have ever encountered. The food is very mediocre at best, but the real disappointment came when I received the bill for my soy flat white - the price was exorbitant, especially considering I wasn't even in Sydney. Being charged extra for soy milk on top of the high coffee price was absolutely ridiculous, and to make matters worse, the coffee itself was terrible.

we loved to go to clevelands shingle inn as tony his team was very friendly, friendly gave the place a good atmosphere. now the coffee was not great, the condition of original cookies that they were advertising a bit stale, no paper. serviettes no lemon lime in water. it is such a disappointment, as this was always our favorite place for coffee. Go on the blues!

We have always enjoyed Shingle Inn, and with the new management, it has become even better. The manager is very attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They serve some of the best coffee in Cleveland. We appreciate that their menu includes calorie counts, even though it can make us feel a bit guilty! Réservez une table maintenant

Lovely decor, spotlessly clean and yummy food..... perfect combination for our special pre wedding breakfast for my Mum and I. Eggs were poached perfectly, everything served was lovely and fresh and flavoursome. Also really good coffee!! The staff were so very friendly n professional in...every way. Loved it!!

Hi this is definitely a stop for coffee lovers, the only thing is that they will charge you extra if you want to have coffee there, take away medium is and have there is dollars.. rarely other cafes do that.. charge for sitting...is like don't sit here kind of theme.

under new family management who really try hard. everything usual and more in the menu. eating is baked directly with drinks for perfection. service is friendly, professional and simply exceptional.

Always friendly staff here ready to assist. When my coffe was too strong for me they were very nice and made it again. Always feel welcome here!
