We had an amazing night and the food was stunning along with the staff. I didn’t give all stars for the service as I selected a celebratory option on the online booking (Anniversary) and it would have been nice for someone to say Happy Anniversary otherwise there is no point in putting a celebration option and the tiny details really do make a difference and making it a 5 star experience. Otherwise it was a perfect night!
My new favorite restaurant! The food is amazing and offers great value for money. We ordered three types of sushi, and each type came with eight rolls—so much to enjoy! The service is excellent; the staff are polite and eager to assist, whether it's with recommendations for drinks or dishes or explaining the menu. If you enjoy Japanese cuisine, Shinzo is a must-visit!
Shinzo is one of our favorite restaurants, and the sushi has always been excellent. However, we experienced some issues with the tomahawk steaks, as the quality of the meat was disappointing. This seemed to be a problem with the meat itself rather than the cooking. Additionally, a slightly thinner presentation would be a nice improvement.
