I got kicked out when I brought my little chihuahua (in my arms) this morning @hewitt Shipley’s branch. The older lady was incredibly rude about it. I went to their website and it say pet friendlydefinitely NOT in Hewitt!! It was a big disappointment for me, the lady embarrassed me in front of all the other customers. I can’t brag about this place. Worst experience!
My order was extremely overpriced, and the lemonade I received tasted stale and watered down, so I ended up throwing it away. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given a receipt to verify the charges, and I was in a rush. Additionally, every drink they advertised was out of stock. I would advise anyone to save their money and avoid this location.
The girl/guy (had hard time telling gender) helping us forgot our donuts when we told her/him she literally walked off rolled her eyes stuck out her hand and made fun of us for saying she forgot our donuts. HOW RUDE! She/he has major attitude issues doesn't need to be talking to the public. Usually would give this place 5 stars!
The restaurant doesn't have a prominent sign, so it's not very busy. There's no wait, making it quick and convenient. The woman who works there is fantastic; she makes sure you get what you need without the long lines you'd find at larger establishments. This is my go-to place for donuts or kolaches. My son absolutely adores getting sparkle donuts! The staff is always so friendly, and he looks forward to getting a sticker every time! Today, I sampled the new salted caramel Frappuccino, and it was incredible! Keep up the great work!
I wouldn't recommend ordering through the drive-thru tablet before reaching the window, as I've found my order to be inaccurate three times now! In the future, I'll just wait and place my order directly at the window.
I understand that everyone has different views on mask-wearing, but in the food service industry, it's generally expected to wear one. I noticed that one of the workers was not wearing a mask at all. Réservez une table maintenant
