I have a feeling that if people dont start getting to know this place soon, it might be too late, and that would be an absolute shame.The owners are ridiculously nice, the service is excellent ans the food ia just amazing. I alwaya take the classic; the broth in the tonkotsu ramwn is creamy and delicious, the pork is juicy ans tender, and the rest of the toppings are perfectly on point. The veggie ramen even has sundried tomatos and it looka like a dream. This is a wonderful shop. It is run by a very friendly and hard-working couple, and their work ethic is reflected in the quality and consistency of the food.The ramen is hearty, comforting and delicious. Favourites are the Fuji, miso, and Jiro. The portions are very fair, and there are enough nuances between all offered ramen types to give each one a try.They also have fantastic gyoza, and I mean FANTASTIC, and easily THE BEST takoyaki I've ever had (even compared to Dotonbori in Osaka! .For almost two years now I have enjoyed bringing friends here and time to time, even come by for a quick meal on my own. Absolutely amazing and authentic. Better than the other places nearby by far. We went during dinner time on Thursday night party of 3. We ordered Fuji ramen and Takoyaki Gohan everything tasted amazing. The noodles were obviously hand cut and perfectly chewy. The charsiu was the most tender I’ve ever tasted. They were happy to accommodate a guest with lower spice tolerance. The takoyaki was incredible crisp on the outside with big tender pieces of octopus inside. The service was welcoming, fast, friendly. I enjoyed the low key rap R B music playing. The restaurant was very clean. I can’t say enough good about this restaurant. We will return. Often.
This ramen restaurant was surprisingly good. I got the fuji ramen and my partner got the tonkotsu. Definitely get the tonkotsu. The broth is divine, I ate my ramen and then drank her broth. Also the chicken karaage is so juicy and crispy.I'm honestly kinda picky about my ramen and I'm so happy to have found one that I'd be very happy to return to.Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option on the menu. Stopped by on a whim for lunch. Very fresh and great tasting ramen and donburi! If you’re looking for a lighter meal, I’d recommend the Takoyaki Gohang. This was so delicious!! The Tonkotsu ramen is so flavourful, and the dumplings were so juicy and fresh, I’m going to come back just for late night dumplings soon….Also the mochi was so delicious too, raspberry is my favourite. The owners were so sweet and attentive as well I can’t wait to come back :
