"The best Barg Kobab I’ve ever had in the US. Koobideh ,tahdig, black tea with baghlava were also amazing. The restaurant was very clean. Although they were very busy, the customer service was great. I highly recommend this place."

After deciding to try different Rhode Island restaurants as a new state resident , Shish Kabob came up in my search of local restaurants. I placed my order on the phone, deciding to just do take out . The transaction was effort less I inquired about some items on the menu and decided on the salad shirazi minty lemony dressing over tomatoes, onions and cucumber) super refreshing, Beef kabob platter served with rice and a grilled tomato) so tasty! For dessert I tried all three baklava pistachio was my personal favorite! The chocolate was a close second Shish Kabob is super intimate, perfect for a date night or a lunch break. Make sure to call ahead. Do not sleep on this new restaurant! It is a hidden gem! The staff was so friendly and pleasant. I will be adding Shish Kabob to the take out rotation!
Shout out to the owners of this place for their great food! The best kabob I have had in the Boston and Providence area. Better than what you can experience anywhere, even in Iran. Definitely try their beef kabob, chicken kabob, and beef koobideh!! Don't forget about the maste moosir on the side!! It's gonna make the greatest combination with any of the kabobs!!
This restaurant was recently sold to a new owner and he is serving a completely different kind of food. For some reason, the new owner kept the old name but they have Persian(Iranian) food and it’s managed by the new owner. Please disregard any reviews written before Dec 1st, 2021. Thanks
