However, on both my recent visits I have to say that although the food is still delicious, the service of...the waiters in the sitting area downstairs was very unprofessional. Regular customer Ordered for deliver only for them to lose the order and not process it. They have my contact details but They did not call me to notify me. It took an hour just to get through on the phone only to be told...they have not processed it. Despite being a regular customer and waiting hours for the food, I was not offered any compensation for their mistake. This left little children hungry. Very disappointed especially as there is no way of finding out what’s happened to the order and the phone line is constantly off the hook. Had I known, I could’ve made alternative arrangements. Absolutely terrible way to treat regular customers.
We had a Hajj friends reunion. The restaurant was local. Spacious for our group. The food we orders was the large platters which was lovely and at a good price and arrived quickly and hot. Good spread for group with bread, salad and sides. The...only issue was it was very smokey and at times felt like a shisha bar. We had to tell staff to switch on fan which helped. Apart from that the staff was friendly and we got complimentary Turkish tea and we brought masala tea for everyone.
Went to this Turkish restaurant with a few of my friends for an informal dinner. The ambience was very moderate, and it is nowhere close to a posh pricey restaurant in an up-market area. However, the food was tasty. We tried the whole grilled chicken...with generous servings of rice, chips, salad and pita bread. One grilled chicken was enough for the four of us. Overall, I would recommend it as a good value for money place to it.
