The pickup process is always seamless. You simply drive up to one of the two designated SRFH spots (which are always available), park your car, and call the number on the sign. A staff member comes out, places your groceries in the trunk or frunk, and off you go. It’s the best service around. While they aren't supposed to accept tips, if you do so discreetly, it’s always appreciated. There were a few instances when I arrived, and the SRFH desk wasn’t staffed, but the customer service desk nearby has all the information needed to reach the SRFH team if they are gathering items. I've consistently had issues with coupons at the Shop Rite in Bound Brook, NJ. Every time, I find myself having to go to customer service, where the staff often seems unfamiliar with the sale items. The transactions are rarely smooth. Even after taking a picture of the sale sign and bringing a customer service employee to the display where the item was stocked, I still didn't get the correct discount as advertised. Save yourself the trouble and head to the Shop Rite in Somerville, NJ, where the customer service is outstanding.

When I visited later in the evening, I noticed a lot of employees cleaning and restocking, which is something I rarely saw at my old store. While there are grocery stores closer to my home, cleanliness and customer service are my top priorities, and I'm willing to travel for that. I really hope they continue to meet my expectations!

The store manager, James Boles, exhibits discriminatory behavior, and another male manager frequently treats employees disrespectfully. This is truly a terrible place to work.
