Shoprite Of Emerson

Both Rochelle Park and Englewood operate 24 hours, and despite the late hour, they are bustling with activity—cleaning, restocking, and friendly staff, even at 2:00 AM! I still visit the Emerson location for convenience, but I’ve recently started driving about 20 minutes to Englewood for their freshly baked jerk chicken and delicious fried chicken, not to mention the nut shop. These locations are larger, with more self-service options and plenty of staffed cashiers, ensuring that there’s never a long wait. I believe the Emerson management should take a cue from the Englewood and Rochelle Park locations—or even the Paramus ShopRites—to enhance their offerings and overall store presentation....

This grocery store tries hard, but it feels a bit worn out. It doesn't really motivate you to experiment with new recipes at home. The produce is quite basic, and the low ceilings make the space feel cramped. It could definitely use an update. However, it does offer everything you need for your everyday life—neither more nor less.

Quite decent, reasonable prices considering inflation gone amuck. Store help is exemplary and if you ask, you get the answer. Always willing to help and always helpful. Generally, I shop on Sunday evening and usually have the place to myself. A good place to go for food and whatever else you either need or want.

Was there twice this week. I have to take a star off. They only had 2 full service checkouts open, and the wait was 7 to 10 minutes. The self checkouts were available, but I don't really like looking up produce. Overall it makes the payment process more annoying, not easier for the customer. Réservez une table maintenant

Very nice Shoprite. Older store that could use a makeover, but it's fine and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Parking can be difficult during peak hours. Plenty of shopping carts and they keep them near the store, not scattered all over the parking lot.
