Who ever had the idea to change the self checkout to 20 items or less is a moron. I use self checkout because I want to minimize the amount of people toucking my food items many of which go in the fridge. In the regular check out lanes the cashiers are handling money all day from multiple people and touching your items as they bag them. How often do you see a cashier sanitize their hands between each transaction? Think about it..........change back the policy or make it a number of items that's less than a full cart so the person watching can keep track. Also put 2 people watching in place of just 1 person that's watching 6 checkout lanes and can't keep off of social media while at work....
This is undoubtedly the best Shop Rite I've been to. The store is extremely clean, and the shelves are always fully stocked—something you definitely won't find at a festival or Main Street. The produce is consistently top quality, the meat department is well-stocked with fresh items, and the seafood section is very clean with everything looking fantastic. The employees almost always have positive attitudes, and there's always someone nearby to assist if you need help. I admit it's a little out of the way, but the ten-minute drive is more than worth it to shop here!
I typically don’t shop at this particular Shoprite, but I happened to be nearby and needed some groceries. Their deli is set up differently than most I’ve seen, but the man behind the counter took my order and sliced my lunch meat just right—something you rarely find these days. The cashier was also fantastic; she made sure to pack my groceries with great care. Overall, this was the best experience I’ve had in a grocery store in years!
I needed some essentials and found that the doors were locked, even though they were supposed to be open until 10 PM. It was 9:55 PM—I could have been out before closing time, but they shut us out. Not cool. I even saw three other people walk away disappointed. I understand if you're trying to manage customers who only have a few minutes left, but locking the doors when you’re still supposed to be open is really frustrating.

My favorite grocery store! I used to shop at Giant, but their selection declined during Covid and hasn’t really improved since. The only complaint I have about ShopRite is the Meat Department. Could you please ensure that hamburger packages are a full pound? I often find them weighing .87 lb, .89 lb, .92 lb, and so on!
I had never visited this restaurant before and had a frustrating experience trying to order at the deli. The customer service was poor, as the staff completely overlooked me. I didn’t realize that the only way to place an order was through a slow kiosk, which made the whole process quite confusing and disappointing.
This store is the perfect spot for gatherings in my community. It boasts an excellent variety of groceries, medical supplies at the pharmacy, and high-quality deli and bakery items that are all incredibly fresh and ready to enjoy. It's a convenient place to meet up and find everything you need!
If you don't use electronic coupons, you won't receive the sale prices listed on the products, which I find frustrating and challenging since I'm not very tech-savvy. I don't understand why we can't continue using paper coupons, especially since the flyers are printed anyway.

Since the renovation, the place looks amazing! I’ve consistently received excellent service and everyone has been very welcoming. This is my preferred restaurant in the area.
The restaurant is clean and well organized. The employee in the produce department is very friendly and helpful.
