This is a Village Foods store that stands out from the others in the franchise. The other locations are disappointing—Blue Star is under construction, Garwood poses safety hazards and often lacks inventory, and Springfield is a lost cause. Now that I live in Far Hills, I visited the B’ville location and found the produce to be subpar, the seafood seemed stale, and the meat section was lacking. There was plenty of dairy, but overall, I won’t be going back. I’d rather make the 20-mile round trip to Sterling, which is clean, spacious, well-organized, and fully stocked. If they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist! The employees there are happy and eager to help. One suggestion I have is for...

This is a spacious grocery store that includes all the departments you would expect, such as meat, seafood, produce, bakery, deli, and florist. In addition, there's a substantial organic section that features freshly made foods, as well as a mini convenience store for quick access to essential items. You can also take advantage of their pre-order service, where they will gather your selected items and have them ready for you to pick up!

AVOID THIS PLACE! Every item you pick is priced at $7 or more, from low-quality snacks to food items. THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! Meanwhile, basic staples like pasta, sauce, and frozen veggies haven’t changed since before the pandemic. What does that tell you? It’s clear they’re price gouging on purpose.

The restaurant was crowded, and the shelves were nearly empty. The cashier was unhelpful; after totaling my bill at around $300, he didn’t even offer to help with bagging my items. Instead, he moved on to the next customer in line. Réservez une table maintenant

Love this store. Close to home. Seems to carry new items all the time. Fast checkouts. Great produce and ready-to-eat food. Love hot food bar w asian dishes.
