Went here tonight for dinner got the open face Ruben which I know alot of different diners make it different but never had it this way before lettuce tomato onion a side of fries and the Cole slaw and dressing on the side which was on but the corn beef was really over cook and the coleslaw wasn't bad but wasn't good either the waitress had a little attitude because I didn't want lemon in my water got my meal and she ask me if I wanted something different said no didn't see her after that but to get the check and the box I took pictures of their desserts didn't try them but they look really good this is some different bread banana bread a couple rolls and cinnamon bread which were good Servic...
this diner was recommended by a friend, it was a 15/20 minute drive from atlantic city, but we will be worth the trip. extensive selection for a diner, (menu had about 5 pages) so much to choose from a bit overwhelming for a first timer. the waitress was patient and friendly. the pasta dishes, seafood wodka medley and the lasagna, both were delicious and satisfying. great portions for their money. the bread basket comes with broth and delicious baked goods. the place was clean, well illuminated and warm furnished. the drinks were also well made. I would definitely visit again. we had the tigerwood potion and a very berries cosmo. they also have wee.
was not too crowded so they were fast! I liked that they all stood closed to keep a friendly distance!? eating was excellent as always. I recommend the french wobbler suppe! the broth is amazing! the bread-to-cheese-to- Onion ratio is always noticeable! service was spectacular! I think we left a tip of 35%. hubby asked if they had cherry? pepsi. the average server would have just said that we are not sorry. only pepsi. the server we had said no, but I can do it for them with something grenadin. she even put a few cries in her!? she went the extra mile that is rare, so we thought that the tipp needed and deserves!

I have been dining at SD for over 20 years and it continues to impress. The food is still great, the service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend trying their Stuffed Mushrooms. The average price per person for lunch is $20-30.
