Expect they may have ran out of chicken,and that they may not be open,during they hour's that they say.The catfish dinner was good,enough for 2 people.They put they lettuce and tomato under the fries,and ketchup packs under the fish.I hope this was helpful.
The food here is decent, but they could use some improvement when it comes to frying fish, as it tends to break apart easily. Additionally, the batter on the shrimp seems like it might be made from Jiffy mix.
I would happily drive across the state just to savor the delicious food at the Shrimp Hut. I adored it when I was a kid in the 60s and 70s, and even now, just hearing its name makes my mouth water.
Some of the best shrimp I’ve had. Only complaint I wish I could get it more often. So many days a shrimp hut craving will hit on a Sunday or Monday when they are closed. Réservez une table maintenant
The food at That Shrimp Hut tastes amazing! You can really tell the effort they put into those dinners... WOW! I highly recommend trying the shrimp plate.
This restaurant has been serving delicious food for fifty or sixty years, and it still tastes just as fantastic as it did when I was a child.
As usual, the food is delicious and affordably priced. I can't get enough whenever I'm in that area... I simply must have it!
