We chose this restaurant because we had never been there before and wanted a waterside view. We parked in the on-site, complimentary parking lot. When we arrived for lunch, there was one table inside and a couple tables outside. We wanted to sit outside so we could take advantage of the view of the water. When you are placing your order, at Shrimpey on the beach restaurant make sure your food comes with the items that is included and not charged up charge Also, when the waitress brings you water, it should be in a large glass with ice j. Not a baby glass no ice, whether you are sitting on the inside or outside? We should not have to ask for water with ice in a large cup. We went to Shrimpys after visiting Sunset Beach for the day. Shrimpys was only about 5 minutes away over the bridge. It looked like a great local hangout. They have a spacious indoor dining area, and a great, covered outdoor patio/bar area, too. We asked the host for an outdoor table. He asked if a table by the water would be okay. Um...yeah! Apparently, it was a football game day, so most people wanted to be near the bar/TVs. I mean, we could see the TVs from our awesome waterside table, though. We absolutely love this place. The food is always amazing. We had a wonderful meal tonight and our server, Kelley was awesome. Kelley went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and she was super friendly. My husband and I split the Captains Platter and had the Nola Shrimp app. It was the best meal of our whole trip. Highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

This place has good food. We ordered take out and they did a great job. Very few places execute takeout with 5 stars. Food was hot, ready in 20 minutes on, everything was correct to order. Nice job Shrimpys Blues. Btw coconut shrimp dinner was great!

Too much salt on all food!!! The blackened mahi sandwich was extremely dry and tasted like frozen fish from the grocery store. Expensive drinks. We wish we went somewhere else for seafood. Sad! We used to love this place!

As always food was excellent. Can't go wrong to eat here. Excellent service too! I will be back again next time I am in town. I live about 100 miles away but it is worth the trip to come here.

Average at best.. Jambalaya disappointing... boil had no cajun seasoning and I do not think cooked in a traditional method..Drinks average at best..Everyone disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant
