One of the best ramen places in Melbourne! Great portion of ramen, broth is flavour some and overall tasty meal. The miso based broth was creamy and light, fried chicken karaage was fresh and tasty, the chicken katsu curry was very enjoyable. Service was friendly, thought a small ramen bar the place does fill up quite quickly.We ended our meal with a take away of green tea soft serve! We were so full !! They have a delicous range of Matcha green tea dessert and drinks! Must try!
Had a few visits to this place over the years. Lately, had lunch with a group of friends.Had a Karaage Chicken Ramen. Soup, ramen and Karaage are nicely done. Staffs are reasonably friendly. Place is a bit packed given the size of the shop.The place is kept reasonably tidy and clean.In short, a place for ramen in Carnegie. The only downsize of the shop is that it's small and gives you the feeling of being cramped in a small space.
her green teeis is something to die. sometimes we consciously drive from caulfield to carnegie to buy the ice. it should be noted that the ice really melts fast. a few rams I personally prefer still hakata gensuke in the cbd, but considering that the raves are cheaper here and the taste is also quite good, simply not to my taste.
For the 3 of us it cost $52. We had Edamame, three big meals and two beers. The meals were served hot and fresh. We all had a Signature Ramen either chicken or pork with shoyu or miso.The were tasty and filling. You know it is good when most of the patrons are Japanese and it is busy. We have visited this cosy restaurant a few times and will keep coming back! The Ramen I our favourite but they also have good entrees and the green tea ice cream is a must have. The restaurant is small and has a quick turn over. You pretty much eat and go. You won't be sorry eating here.
We picked the first day of winter to enjoy a superb bowl of steaming hot ramen. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant only takes cash. Interesting menu featuring ramen in various forms, Japanese curries etc. Reasonably priced. Very busy place.
It's not bad but I find that the broth used is too salty. Also it's small for $12 .. well in Melbourne anyway... compared to what else is available..

it is a small place, so if they are sitting near the entrance/cashier area, there is always a line/group of people next to them.
