Were kicked out because our daughter seemingly had too much for these people. (We are in winter, there is temperature difference and she is just a two-year-old child). We were shocked.... We've been coming for years even weekly, but they'll never see us anymore. I'm afraid it's changed. There was luckily other option in the area that were child-friendly.
The reception was rude and arrogant to the local. Far away from a professionalism that I think is necessary in function. We fully understand that a reduction in staff leads to stress and unpleasant situations, where this is all the more important, with a corresponding courtesy the situation leads to signs!
