The food here was absolutely delicious. We had the tenderloin with the duck fat roasted potatoes and the broccolini and it was seriously amazing. Which was good, because we were a bit shocked at the prices when we sat down and realized the dollars was just for the ounce steak and you have to add on the accompaniments for an extra charge. The wine list was so absolutely expensive, especially for reds but we were able to find a half bottle for a somewhat decent price. The meal came out to almost for the two of us. Everything was delicious though so we were happy with our night out in the end. But I would only go for a very special occasion.
We felt safe. We had caesar salad and chilled salmon and yellow fin tuna. Both were great. We both ordered tenderloin. My husband had his rare with a rub. I had mine medium with the bernaise sauce. Both were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our meal.
Unfortunately due to Covid short on staff but staff that was there were all excellent. Oysters were excellent but all of the rest of the food was cold but cooked properly. Will probably not return unless we cannot get into other restaurants that are far superior in Whistler.
