Sidreria El Llagar

Firstly this is a proper bar. Local cider and a selection of beers and local aguardiente. The food is simple fare. The locals are a friendly enough bunch in here but the selling point is the staff. The guy who runs the place makes the effort to talk to us tourists. So my recommendation, pop in. Get a bottle of Asturian cider and a few snacks and enjoy the ambience. Seating outside on the square lets you watch the sun set and the people go past. Having tried every bar in Panes, this is by far the best.

Un restaurante que se nota es .de toda la vida . Raciones abundantes. Las 3 salsas de las patatas buenisimas (alioli, Cabrales y brava). La ensalada de la casa muy completa y super rica. Croquetas caseras sabrosas y en general todo con una pinta espectacular y muy rico. Atención rápida y muy cordial. Relación calidad/precio excelente. Muy recomendable.

I ate here regularly for lunch. A bocadilla and beverage was about 2.50 Euro. There is a group of regulars who hang out and watch sports on the TV, and it has a feel of being part of the community. Try the local cider at least once! Réservez une table maintenant

Descubrimos este restaurante de camino a Potes el año pasado de casualidad. Este año hemos vuelto y repetiremos cada vez que volvamos de ruta. Los tortones buenisimos y buena cocina.

Muy poca educación y mal atendido después de media hora esperando a pedir la bebida nos dice que no nos puede servir nada de comer a las 21:30h de la noche, por supuesto nos fuimos

NO RECOMENDABLE!!! Nos sentamos a las 22:00 horas, pedimos una cerveza y un vino y a las 22:20 no nos quiere poner de cenar. Mal educado y malas formas. No lo recomiendo!!! Réservez une table maintenant

We had the schnitzel. I plate was too much for 2 people. Friendly staff. Evening meal start at 8:30pm like most Spanish bars
