I had very good references and they have been fulfilled We have taken the cider house menu and as in most establishments, it is to eat à la carte but you stick to the typical dishes although with some innovations. In our case scrambled eggs with anchovies and pilpil cod. Both spectacular dishes. And then the chop, it was very well done and super tender. One of the best I've eaten, a 10. In the photo we had already removed two pieces, irresistible : The cider is especially good. The only point to improve was that the cheese in the dessert was too fresh for my taste.
