Sieben Quellen Hof

Sieben-Quellen Hof was a really great experience for typical German dishes and a Hof ambiance. The place has been around for decades but the new management has brought some definite style to the place and serves traditional cuisine with a modern fusion twist. I actually...ate here a few times and could certainly recommend the Sauerbraten Wienerschnitzel and the sauce is fabulous--they even have a version of the Berlin classic Currywurst with an equally awesome homemade sauce. The atmosphere was warm and country comfortable with wood fires and traditional yet stylish dining rooms and plating. The service was also very good and competent. from me!

We went for a meal and the menu has many attractive dishes. All the meals seemed very good. I opted for a vegetarian lasagna which was fine but just a dish microwaved and left in its container much like I'd do at home on a...lazy day. But my friends meals were good An ok place. Good for large parties and chef and waiter seemed energetic.

Recently dined here with business colleagues. I could not fault the service or quality of food. not particularly expensive either. The hotel is quite refreshiung is quality & value compared to London
