we were looking forward to the evening at the boiling point and went there with a friend. first impression, great ambiente, then the waiters are somewhat irritating and patterning mute in front of the inside door of the restaurant. we say to a waiter our name and that we have reserved and then it disappears into the restaurant without saying a ton or talking to us.We are somewhat irritated further in the entrance area and the next service power comes then and tells us that we only get a table with reservation, what we say again, that we have reserved and are finally brought to our table.When we wait for the cards, we will ask a creper but there are still no cards, or our ordered water, but an amuse on a large non-shaped stone, which was very difficult to eat. the three service powers seem heillos overwhelmed, one keeps the tablet and two clear on it, but still no water or broth for us... after the third note this came to us and then also the cards. the service was so inattentive that we often had to refresh the water ourselves, no problem, but not in this price category.The service personnel were arogant and declining from above, please use the cutlery from outside to inside! if we did not know that we would not go into such a local. the service personnel included the table with white gloves, but that doesn't matter if this cutlery has already been sewn with fingerabridges and has not been properly polished.We chose all the complete 6-course menu without any changes and with the whispering, as we thought it was good - but it wasn't like that! there were 5 white wines and a rose wine that didn't fit to the entrances. no red wine, there was also nothing to say, no explanation to the weeping etc. and it was embarrassed to take care of the sinking that is not too much landed in the glass. 48 euro per person, here you can expect something. Eating was well-designed and very ambitious. the kitchen wants to reach a Michelin star, the size of the portions would be already on the level, but a french for 82 eurpo per person! the passages were from unhurried to overwhelmed everything, but no constancy. my conclusion, once and never again, we have eaten and drank four (a driver who only drank water) for 530 euro and would then prefer to have driven through the car switch of a well-known burger chain.

we were with guests to dinner at the boiling point. full expectation on a great evening. Unfortunately, our expectations have not even met in a number of points. the restaurant is manageable, beautifully decorated with view of ulm. After nobody received us before the restaurant, we entered the restaurant where the waiter told us to come back with the door (a anding). afterwards we were given a nice table and we ordered champagne, which was unfortunately almost roomwarm served. after that we received the cards and were first ignored for 15 minutes. we ordered our menus and asked for a wine card that was only brought to demand after 10 minutes. beratung zum wein = null. the wine card is well structured and fair priced. we ordered a white wine that was brought after some time - much too warm. on the note to the weintemperature the service explained us "we have a super air-conditioning" - the wein was still too warm. to say and write about 1.5 hours came the first appetizer that tasted very well. After we got served after over 2 hours to the 2 course, I complained that the services were extremely slow to give the wee, often only after we asked. the rest of the walks then came a bit faster, and were ok, with the lamb tasted quite strict. the dessert was average. we have changed the white wine varieties, positiw is to be noted that it was brought from the service from the coolhouse and was well temperatured. everything in all remains to be noted, beautiful restaurant, mostly good dishes, service and ease of use far below average. all too ambitious.

food excellent, ambiente super - but 4 h overall for a 5-course is uninhabited and 45 min. waiting from the 3rd to the 4th floor - with 2 more courses being served at the table in this time. to demand whether everything is okay and we pointed out to the very long waiting period, came from the waiter snippish: "why, did they have it in a hurry?" at 23:20. Unfortunately, the following errors were added: 1 aperitiw of 4 (!) too little - the missing had to be gifted and handed down. a wine reorder, then a gin tonic and another bottle of water did not come or only after a call. even our empty glasses were largely ignored. pity, because eating would have been worth us more visits at any time.

thanks to the great eating, service, ambiente and the organization in the victorious point, our high time at the dream wedding. as the main course there was either a fish and a meat dish. the allgäuer weiderind was with all our guests (about 40 meats and 20 fish) inside delicate pink and the zander was a dense .the eating was just perfect! the personal was friendly and accommodating. the price/performance ratio is great! the integrated hotel is ideal for guests with a long journey time and ideal to round off the high season with a common breakfast. we can therefore recommend the restaurant by heart.
