Todos los años me gusta visitar en Septiembre por mi cumple un estrella michelin, porque me suele pillar en Galicia. Este año no iba a estar en septiembre (aunque finalmente volví en sept. y entonces decidí ir en agosto. Estamos en Vigo en lo que es la sede de un equipo de futbol que en su última planta tiene este restaurante. Local muy curioso, con fachada redonda con cristalera y vistas al puerto de vigo, vigas de hierro y techo de cristal con estores (menos mal porque pega bien el sol . La foto de la izquierda es de internet y podéis ver lo curioso y bonito que es el edificio por fuera. Mesa muy informal sin mantel pero servilleta de tela, cambio de platos, pero bastante más informal que...
Buen producto, bien elaborado, el servicio, aunque básico, bien en tiempo, ambiente tranquilo… pero no nos sorprendió. Echamos de menos lo que habíamos disfrutado en otros Estrella Michelín: un servicio más trabajado (a excepción de la sumiller, muy profesional), pero sobretodo que cada plato sorprenda, lo cual no sucedió. Sí encontramos una cuidada elaboración, un buen producto y notable en cantidad pero, desde nuestro punto de vista, no a la altura de una Estrella en este caso.
The person who opened the door was indeed unwelcoming! We spoke to her in English and replied ' I don 't speak English. ' A michelin guide restaurant and your staff don 't speak English! How are you to handle international guests. The serving staff made an effort to speak English. However, we were not given good description what we ate. I believe this spoilt my experience at the restaurant.
everything was very good and the food had great flavor. We saw it was the cheapest michelin star with its daily menu of 25€. To be a star michelin I lacked something else, the dessert did not conquer me for example, and we took the two whole options to try everything. the very friendly and very friendly staff.

Lovely service and nice atmosphere. We were really disappointed with the food, especially the rooster which was very dry. While the service was excellent, prices like these cannot be justified unless the food is better than top notch. In our experience, it was no better than average.
La verdad que el ambiente y el sitio espectacular y que decir de la Comida pues de 10, sin duda para mi el mejor Rest. de Vigo, muchas gracias por atendernos tan bien, que venimos desde Canarias, Saludos

Hemos visitado hoy el restaurante Silabario y nos ha encantado, la comida exquisita, el servicio genial, muy amables. Buenos profesionales, sin duda volveremos.

Lo tiene todo! La comida exquisita y el servicio igual o mejor: atentos, amables y preocupados de que te sientas como en casa. Súper recomendable.
