What an amazing discovery! The ingredients, creativity, presentation, taste texture combinations, and service were absolutely top levels. This is what I would expect to experience in a beautiful culinary experience in a large city. Loved the well curated menu of both food and wine, making the decision easy because I trusted that it would be excellent. I was happy that I was there on the threshold of low season, so the atmosphere was particularly relaxed the waiter said it is quite busy in high season. In any case, go here if you have the chance!
Dining at Sileno Gastrobar was both a complete delight and, it has to be said, a very pleasant surprise, From the moment we walked through the door we were (party of 5) made to feel most welcome and treated if we were regular patrons. The food was superb, the wines exquisite and the service beyond reproach. I cannot recommend this restaurant too highly and it is a 'must visit ' for any one visiting Xabia. Thank you to all the staff who made it such a wonderful evening.
A must visit while in Javea! We really enjoyed the evening. Very friendly staff., nice atmosphere , delicious food and good wines! Everything was super!! We will come back!
