I strolled over to one of the numerous food trucks near the Waco Hilton for lunch. Silver Creek Ranch has a welcoming atmosphere and ample seating. We tried the Chopped Pork and Chopped Brisket Sandwiches accompanied by Potato Salad. The meat was tender and complemented by a mildly sweet BBQ sauce. The potato salad reminded me of what you can find at HEB. Overall, it was a great meal, with two servings for around $20.
The ribs were decent, but I think you're mostly paying for the brand. I had heard positive reviews and decided to give it a try. The ribs were on the smaller side, but the sauce was quite tasty.
I never liked crab until I visited this place, which should tell you just how excellent it is! The customer service is incredibly friendly, and I always enjoy coming here.

There's a food truck located near the Silos in downtown Waco that serves excellent BBQ.
They are the only place I can find Good turkey legs. They are my favorite!!!!
