The estimated wait time of 90 minutes was extended by an additional 30 minutes without explanation. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that my food would be ready in 10 minutes, but the status was not updated until much later. When my order finally arrived after over two hours, it was not what I had requested. Had a treat last night. Ordered 2 portions of donner meat. 1 just with mild chilli sauce. The other with mild chilli sauce, onions lettuce. 2 portions of fries. 1 portion of onion rings. How could they get that order wrong? The one with lettuce, onions and mild chilli also had mayonnaise all over it. Totally ruined. And never got our fries!!!! Hubby rang up to tell them so they said they’d send our fries out with the next orders. They turned up 90 minutes later, soggy tepid. Ruined our meal.
The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. We placed an order and had to constantly follow up on it. It still hadn't arrived an hour later. When we called to inquire, we were told that the order hadn't even been prepared yet, and to ignore the app. It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant is only 9 minutes away. Absolutely disgusting service.
We have used Silver Crown for several years now. Its a quick and easy order system as they know your address from the phone number. Their system also shows your orders so we just dial up and say The usual please 45 minutes later we have a meal deal for 2 delivered for £12.50. 2 x medium pizza, 2 fries 2 drinks. Ordered from here this evening and got a garlic bread with cheese there was hair baked in the food when I phoned to advise the use of hair nets I was spoken to rudely. The hygiene is clearly not being met here. I will be speaking to my local council in the morning about this. The chips are also too salty.
Ordered food, took 2 and a half hours for it to be delivered. Disconnected their phone as they were obviously annoyed by the fact they had so many disgruntled customers ringing up. Only saving grace was that the food wasn’t half bad, still doesn’t make up for the disgusting service.
Ordered pizza, fries, chicken, got free garlic bread, it was all hot all very nice and arrived 20 minutes early! Will definitely use again. Only fault, chips were very small for large.
Order never arrived, tried to phone and no answer, do not use as you wont get your order, worst service ever
