The food was amazing but the service was very poor...I came to eat and was seated didn't have any silver wear to use no napkins when I ordered and got my food the waiter still didn't give me anything to used to eat my food I had to used the serving spoon which is so big and still no napkins to use...never asked me how's the food or if there's anything else I needed. The server was so busy on the phone while he was on the clock talking with his family. .then asked me if I am going to give a tip...I told the manager nop he don't deserve it and he shouldn't be on the phone while he on the clock and pay attention with the customer's need...but I would still order food from this restaurant but no...
we brought my in-law to the restaurant yesterday. the food was very tasty plentiful. the service was impeccable. I asked for chicken underwater that they did it for me, although it was not on the menu. all five of us had something else that everyone wanted to come back. we are as happy as it has been difficult since the pandemic to find a good Chinese restaurant. we had eaten here before eating too much sodium for us, so we demanded lower sodium. it was perfect!
Ordered food for New Year’s Eve. Food took a little bit longer to prepare which I think is very understandable. The lady working front end was super sweet, and totally tried to get everyone out the door quickly. The food was excellent and I’m really thankful. Wow... what a delightful surprise to find such a little gem in a suburban strip mall! The empress tofu was definitely the standout dish and a favorite among the crowd. They offer the largest selection of vegan options I've seen on the menu, all at affordable prices. Thank you!

The food was delicious, as usual, but the service needs improvement. I noticed a couple leave after waiting for at least five minutes to be seated. The woman managing the front seemed confused and overwhelmed while handling a takeout order.
very good food and convenient location. we usually take out so that I do not comment on the service when they eat, but when I come in to get my food, they are always very nice.
The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. It is a bit pricey, but that's just the reality we face today. Thanks, Mr. President.
