We were quite disappointed with our experience. I think we subconsciously were expecting it to be similar to Renee's used to be. Not the case. The prices are average, but the servings are small. My wife and I were both not exceptionally hungry to start with but we were still hungry after a full meal... (hot hamburger sandwiches). Also, the hot hamburger sandwiches didn't have mushrooms as is often the case at other restaurants, just some fried onions. The service was pretty good, but we won't be going back if we leave hungry.
Simply the best pizza in the Creston Valley! Their beef dip is the best I've had this side of Alberta, and the crispy fries are excellent. The milkshakes are fantastic as well. The owners and staff are wonderful and incredibly polite, making for a great experience every time I dine here. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this place!
It may be slightly removed from the main commercial area of town, which might give it the appearance of a diner for truckers, but it’s far from that stereotype. This is a family restaurant with excellent service, a beautifully renovated interior, and a very welcoming staff. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, and their lunch options are delicious. I highly recommend it!
This restaurant was great, the food, the staff and the ambiance was very laid back. It was like eating at the restaurant on the TV show corner gas. Try the salt and pepper wings you won't be sorry. Chicken alfredo soup was amazing and my taco salad served in a crispy taco shell, yummy! It is out of the way, but make the trip to try it out. You won't be sorry.
Although it’s a little off the beaten path from the city's main commercial area, this place is far from just a simple truck stop. Been waiting over half an hour for our food!! Update....waiting 45 mins for our food. WAS NOT BUSY!!! By the time the food came it had to be wrapped up because we had an appt. Asked to pay the bill. Then she forgot us again. Try not to make excuses for a pitiful experience!!!
