Simon's In Des Mo - Réservation de table

I dined at Simons on June 29, 2023. My sister-friend took me out to celebrate a major event that happened in my life. I had never been to Simons before, and she raved about the food. When she asked me where I would like to go I said, Let's go to Simons. While we waited to be seated for 45 minutes, it was worth every minute of that wait. The wait was because every table was full of patrons, which says a lot about this restaurant. I had the Beef Stroganoff and my friend had the Lamb Chops. Both meals were exquisitely prepared with love because you could taste it. The customer service received from the wait staff was second to none. Abby and Tara frequently checked on us for drinks or anything...

We had to wait for a table, even on a Monday, but it was totally worth it! The food was fantastic. The chicken florentine was amazing and probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The meal finished with a free piece of cake! The owner also came out and talked to and thanked guests. I thought that was a really special touch that you don’t often see in restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

First time there. Absolutely perfect. The most hands on, involved, personable owner ever. Greets you coming in, going out, checks on you while you're there and helps out in every capacity. The food was amazing. I don't think you could find anything better in Des Moines. You might have to wait, its worth it. 10 out of 10 and beyond. Support local.

Amazing experience!!! While you wait you can have drinks, the host is very friendly, and the food is the best in Des Moines!!!!! It’s definitely worth the wait!! Simon is the nicest guy as he goes around and greets people and gives out slices of cake!!! Would highly recommended! A must try if you’re in Des Moines!!! Réservez une table maintenant

We had the most amazing food, service and red velvet cake to celebrate our daughter and her new husband’s wedding. I think I have found one of my favorite places to eat and will be back! There were 9 of us we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything at any time.

Fantastic stuffed chicken on spaghetti tonight. So flavorful I will dream about it tonight. Terrific service too! It was a tiny bit dark for my old eyes to read the menu, but perfect for a romantic dinner! Well worth any wait for a table! 9.5 out of 10!

A true neighborhood gem. We enjoyed a fantastic meal, with great service. The vibe is wonderful. Get there early because it's a small location and they don't take reservations for parties of less than six.
