The waitress could not speak proficient English. The cutlery and crockery was dirty.The wedges were the frozen supermarket variety, the dipping sauce was from a jar/bottle.They accepted the entertainment book voucher but refused to accept the Best Restaurants of Australia gift card telling me they pay 10% fee on it. Other places have accepted both the voucher and gift card. We told by the man who was settling our bill that is their rule not to accept voucher and gift card. I paid using my credit card and told him we would not return, told him our opinion of the food and service and the rules are ridiculous. Went in and order a special which was a burger and just a standard menu pasta after trying to place an order probably 5 times and just getting wait staff walking past. Was advised after about 5 minutes of placing the order that they have run out of burgers so my partner also ordered a pasta. Her carbonara came out after a wait and my pasta was no where to be seen. I told her to eat while it was warm. Advertised with Parmesan and cracked pepper. Non of that was on there, just bland pasta. The pasta also was under cooked. can not comment on breakfast or lunch, but the dinner menu is much overpriced and below average quality. some time ago ordered a pizza for almost $30 and it was 90% cheese and a single small piece of chicken on each disc, a few slices had no chicken at all. the taste was blasphemy that made it almost impossible. I would recommend trying other options in the opposite.

Went past early in the morning for a takeaway coffee, as I do. Little serving booth for takeaway with a massive done in restaurant. The coffee was really good and spot on temperature! Also they give you the option to choose your bean!! Great idea!! Worth a shot or two....

not amazing. want to find an Italian restaurant that made real Italian cuisine. none of these creamy shits. bring back the real carbonara with protein. eating was simply too heavy and oily. They tried and were good people, only need to think their approach.
