I ordered a classic 6-inch birthday cake for $45 along with 12 cupcakes. While the cake looked nice, it wasn't to my taste as it had a rather dull flavor. The chocolate cupcake, in particular, was overwhelmingly sweet. Everyone commented on the beautiful design, but the overall sweetness was excessive. Simply Cakes did such an amazing job with my sons first birthday cake! The process of ordering was super easy and I felt confident that Bart and team had my vision nailed down. First off, the design was exactly what I had pictured, second, the flavors and texture of the cake was off the charts!!! Most fancy cakes are dry and you just accept it because the cake looks good but this was 10/10 on all levels. I can't wait to order my next cake for my daughters birthday. Simply Cakes is my go to for any event going forward.
