Muy buena experiencia. La comida excelente, casa plato con su propio carácter y una muestra de sabores única. Además de los platos del menú, nos presentaron un par de detalles como la sobrasada y el aceite de oliva y el pre postre que fueron unas sorpresas muy agradables. Además el ambiente es sumamente agradable y relajado. La atención impecable pues las camareras sabían perfectamente lo que ponían en la mesa, tenían una atencion al detalle inmejorable y siempre con una amabilidad y rapport que nos hicieron salir de ahí completamente relajados.
La comida impresionante pero me encontré dos tazas sucias, la carta sucia de chocolate, el vino tinto se quedó como el caldo, y la temperatura....... jamás en mi vida pase tanto calor en un restaurante, Vergonzoso. Michelin star restaurant. Owner chef Marc Fosh is an incredible chef in every way. Besides being a lovely guy, his eye for detail is incredible. I have visited his restaurant in excess of 20 times and never been disappointed in the slightest way. He is not a chef, he is an artist. Tasty food but all in all I would describe it as generic 1 star cuisine. Great from a craftsmanship perspective but it did not feel special towards the balleares. Could have been in any city.
