1 star only for the location of the hotel. The behavior of the staff at the reception is very bad, they do not know how to speak respectfully with a customer, especially with a name ELIAN, they were not taught how to talk to a customer. The rooms of the hotel are very small and do not have enough space to open even 2 suitcases, even the bathrooms are very small. You can clearly hear what people in the room are talking to you, which will be very disturbing when you try to sleep. Only through the infrastructure you can not call it a 5 star hotel, there are services and hospitality that makes it worth it. Just because my bookings were prepaid, I had to stay in this hotel otherwise there are many better hotels to stay in the same place. I tried to ask them to upgrade to which they asked me to pay CHF 95 extra per night. Would you also like to add that they have only 1 French restaurant that has very limited options and it is very expensive. They also have a common spa and swimming pool area that really smells bad and is very unhygienic. Would never suggest to stay in this hotel, instead choose for a 4-star hotel it will be much cheaper and much more value for money.

From the outside it looks a little old, but believe me that the situation is great and the view is amazing!! At the moment you enter the Loby of the hotel, take the breath away. All staff were friendly. Thank you, Mr Vincent. He's the best employee we've ever met. He explained all the tourist points thoroughly. He recommended to visit some great restaurants and places. He's amazing. Stop the good work. Will recommend it to my family and friends. I hope she'll come back. If I would suggest one thing to change the furniture of the room to catch up with the amazing view. Apart from that, everything was great.

Location 6 stars! It was one of the most beautiful hotel views I ever had. A room with lake view is a must. You can see the mountain ranges and the blue water and if the sun even seems a little, it is absolutely stunning. People were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast with lake view was a dream beginning every day. The rooms were simply large enough and even had a coffee machine with (a limited amount) FREE pads every day. Overall we had a great time!

The Spa was horrible and absolutely not a 5 hotel standard ! I don’t recommend the Spa. We did a reflexology massage and it was overpriced for the massage itself. The lady providing the massage was not formed for it . The hotel is old by very nice staff .

Fantastic hotel and staff! Epic Geneva view and a nice walk path. The facility and service are excellent. You feel immersed in a 5-star hotel.
