Sincio. Cocina De Mercado

This restaurant was a hidden gem. The food was incredible and the service was fabulous. We were the only ones there, but that was maybe because we were early. They hadn't completely opened when our 730 reservation time arrived. They stopped everything they did, put a table for us and cook us. An incredible meal. My only comment would be to go after 830. I would not take the 730 reservation even though they offer it. Very recommended!

We were in Madrid for business and were looking first a nice place for dinner with typical food. The Sinciomadrid is a perfect place for this small place in the market . We took the Fideua, baked rice with cow cheeks and cheesecake as well as a nice white wine Albariño and Riesling and this was perfect. The waitress was vers pleasant and smiling.lively moment

boníssim i molt bon servei. the xocolata pasti, the millor of the món! the carrillera is going to be magnificent! the lloc in the mercat is going to be molt polit i the professional molt cambrer!

market kitchen. all very rich and good attention. We went to dinner and ordered two dishes to share two beers and two glass of wine. 37€ in total. wishing to try again the rice and some spoon!

What an amazing discovery! Every dish was outstanding (and we ordered about 80% of the menu), great wines and perfect service. Deliciousness all around!

It is always a pleasure to return to this restaurant. Now with new dishes to try. we never get to desserts. one, but they don't have a coffee maker.
