I was pretty disappointed with the overall service. Went there with my friend and 4 family members on a Thursday evening. First of all long wait for server to come take our drinks order. My sister ordered a white sangria and I ordered a watermelon margarita. Both drinks were absolutely watered down. I in-fact asked the server if the bar tender forgot to put alcohol. Description said muddled watermelon in the margarita but there wasn't a single shred of watermelon in it. Ordered a chicken/veg fajita as one of the main dish. We did not get any tortillas to go with it and we ended up eating without tortillas since couldn't get hold of any server. Despite the bad experience, still ordered chocol...
Christine was accommodating. On the other hand our server, Andrea C. spilled the drink on my jeans and on the table she did not apologize or clean it or bring me tissues. Christine got me tissues, so I wiped my jeans and the table and the area where the drink spilled on the floor. Andrea was rude and only addressed my cousin and not me. The menu for happy hour was misleading the drinks were $8 dollars, but they charged a $1 for flavor, but it is not stated on the menu. Andrea insisted I had more drinks than I had. Lesson learned I definitely will not return there. Stick to AMAZE, where we get great service and drinks are priced as is. The star is for Christine thank you for being so helpful.
I came here on 4/1 for a celebratory dinner and it was as exciting as I expected it to be. The food was well seasoned but somewhat room temp in comparison to the piping hot plate. The tortillas were probably my favorite part. We had the sample platter which was a large portion for the price. All was well with the exception of the tamarind ribs. They were soggy and a bit flavorless. The drinks were on the high end of prices and didn’t tickle my fancy. I hate the smoking gun, I think, taste like smoke and nothing else. Paid a little over $100 for two people which wasn’t bad for the location. The waiter was pleasant.
I was very disappointed with this place's portion size and the cost. My coworker got the half a chicken which came with no sides just chicken for $27 and it was the size of a Cornish hen. I got the Salmon for $34 though it tasted great the portion size was small, it came with 4 skinny asparagus and maybe 1 fingerling potato sliced thin. We ordered street corn for the table which was 1 ear of corn cut in half. How is a table of 8 going to eat 2 half corn? Réservez une table maintenant
My wife and I have been to Sinigual more than a dozen times since 2017. We’ve taken friends and family as well; and I can only say that we really love this place. Edher has been amazing every time and we cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond. We love the food, cocktails, and the environment. Their sample platter is a must!
Great food, great choices on the menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very welcoming. I really liked the layout of the bar too. Service was speedy for a large party (11 people). I had the Tacos Vampiros. Just the right amount of spice! I will definitely be back. Looking forward to attending a happy hour there sometime soon!
Overall, the service was superb. However, some of the food didn't 100% fit the aesthetic. Some items were great, i.e., the creamy chicken enchiladas, but others were not so great like the small street corn (this was underwhelming). I would suggest this place, but be aware of what you order. Some things may lack authenticity.
This place was such a nice surprise. We came here for brunch, and they were more than happy to accommodate our group of 10. The portions are extremely generous, and the prices are amazing. All the staff was friendly, and very professional. It was a pleasure and we are definitely coming back. Réservez une table maintenant
The atmosphere was great and the service was good. They make the guacamole at your table and it was pretty good. However the Carne Asada was too chewy and the flavor was okay. The vegetables that came with it tasted bad. The street corn was alright. The steak fajita was mediocre.
