I had my first experience at this family-run vegetarian spot and it was fantastic! The service was fast, friendly, and the place was clean. I tried an amazing dish called "egg pizza," or Ajarski, which I’ll describe below. But first, here’s a quick breakdown of my visit:
**Parking:**
The restaurant has a small parking lot that’s easy to access if you’re heading east on Glenoaks. There’s also street parking available around the corner on either side.

I first discovered this place about a year and a half ago, and every time I'm in LA, I make sure to stop by for a bite to eat. I visited again a few days ago, and I always have a wonderful experience there. The food is outstanding—delicious, warm, and fresh every time! The restaurant is a bit small but very clean and well-maintained. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and warm-hearted. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone who hasn't been yet. If you're considering it, definitely give them a try!
I've met these guys about a year and a half ago, and every single time that I am in LA I pass by and grab a bite, I did again a few days ago, I always have the best experience with them, since they have amazing food, tasty, warm and fresh always! They have fairly small but clean and a neat cute place. Super kind, friendly and warm hearted owners, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has never been here and wants to give it a try, definitely give them a chance!
Thank you Sipan Bakery! I came from Whittier to Glendale for their lahmajun and this was by far the Best I've had! So good! It had the perfect combination. Then I saw their beef shawerma pizza had to try it! Since I was driving back they were so kind to pre-make it for me and give me heating instructions! Thank you Arman and Mary. Oh man!! I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! I tried the Chicken Shawarma Pizza, and it was absolutely incredible. I also took home some lahmajun and boregs, which were delicious and fresh. I noticed that many customers were ordering the Falafel tacos, so I'll definitely give those a try next time.
Authentic and delicious! The owners are incredibly friendly and generous. We tried the zaatar with cheese, ackawi cheese, muhammara, and lahmajune manaeish, and everything was exceptionally tasty. I would definitely return when I’m in the area!
Excellent service! The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly friendly. The lamajeun was delicious, and the spicy falafel tacos were absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to return to try more bourek and give the maneish and paninis a shot!
My first time coming in with my husband. Amazing customer service! Lahmajoun was freshly made ! Exceeded our expectations. We will be back. We highly recommend this place. -Happy Easter

This place…. From the moment you walk in you can smell all the baked goodness. My only complaint is that I live so far away…. Definitely on my list of places to stop when I’m in town.
This is a lovely restaurant that's family-owned and operated. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!
