The atmosphere is very chic and cozy and the food is great.Considering this is a place known for specialty handcrafted cocktails, I was disappointed at the presentation of my martini.It was served in a tiny coupe glass. Appearance of the martini is as important as the taste. Imagine a martini served in a margarita glass. We go out regularly and I have never ever been served a martini in a very tiny coupe glass. I was very disappointed considering this is a place known for specialty handcrafted cocktails. Serving a cocktail in the appropriate glass is as important as the taste of the drink. Also the price should reflect the presentation and taste of a special handcrafted martini.
A woman that appeared to be a manager was very rude to members in our group. We were told if we ordered drinks from the bar we were not respecting the staff, questioned if we in fact had 5 people in our group when we tried to sit at a larger table, and actually told we couldn’t sit at a table because it was for the staff. This woman was even rude and condescending to the staff. The atmosphere would be much more pleasant with her gone.
