I tried the baked rice, which was mediocre at best, but the stir-fry dishes were excessively salty. My family and I found ourselves drinking copious amounts of water with every bite, probably downing around ten cups of hot tea each just to counter the saltiness.
If you're searching for authentic Chinese cuisine that's flavorful without being overpoweringly salty, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Excessive salt is not beneficial for cardiovascular health, and authentic Chinese food is usually rich in umami and lower in salt.

I absolutely love this restaurant! They accommodated my request for meatless mapo tofu, which was fantastic. The prices are excellent, and this has become my family's favorite Chinese restaurant.

Good place for a wide variaty of selection, staff very accomodating for how you want the dish lrepared. Fried flounder was excellant.
