No one could ever dream of having such a marvelous view over st Moritz, it's icy lake and it's astonishing mountain chain. We went there for lunch on a splendid sunny day. It wasn't our first time in El Paradiso, and we didn't expect to have an outstanding meal, decent was more than enough knowing that Switzerland is not famous for it's culinary tradition... Anyway this time we didn't even have the chance to taste some food and I'll explain you why: First of all after waiting 15 minutes for a tale that we reserved, our waitress (naturally she was Swiss) made us seat and asked for drinks in a very rude way . We were quite surprised by her attitude. After a few seconds she pointed her finger in an 8 year old son of our friend and took his shoulder to shake it in a very aggressive way and that really made me and the rest our table upset. She complained that the kid didn't know what to drink and it was his fault. I wanted to call the manager instantly but my husband told me not to bother. Finally we ordered food after 20 minutes because our lovely waitress named Andrea was too busy or too embarrassed to to come back to take our order. We had hungry kids and our mood was ruined by the way things were going . Another waitress showed up and took our order (party of 8). After 60 minutes we noticed that our neighbors (party of 6) we being served before us having arrived 30 minutes AFTER us. At this point we no longer wanted to be in that placed and asked for the manager to have an explanation. Not only our food was not being served after 60 minutes since our arrival but we were being welcomed by a very rude and inexperienced waitress. Very unusual for a high standard restaurants on St Moritz's slopes. He excused himself but didn't seem to care so much . He even charged us for the drinks!! We left so disappointed (and hungry) that we promised ourself not to come back again in El paradiso! We are not the first costumer to complain about such a poor service , it happened the same to a big group of friends of mine a few weeks ago and to many other choosing St Moritz as a luxury escape... fortunately we are not missing more valid alternative in this beautiful valley!...

The view is unparalleled and the food does not take away from it. The fondue, ribs, and soup I had were all fantastic, and the service matched the price-point (which is not cheap). I would liken this place to Nikki Beach but in the mountains and slightly less commercial. Very fun atmosphere, great decor, and interesting people.

We were 8, at the table, nobody told us that we had to leave one hour after so before finishing the lunch, even if the restaurant was empty, we had to leave the table. Very very expensive and the waitress was rude.

This is a lunch place you want to visit in St Moritz, the view and the atmosphere are amazing. The food is ok, slightly overpriced but the experience makes up for it. Perfect for a long wine lunch in the sun!
