I tried Sko Sushi Catering for the first time today after hearing great things from a friend. The location was a bit tricky to find since the sign is subtle—you might miss it if you’re not paying attention. I ordered the Sushi and Roll for Two along with the Chef Yoshi Roll. The sushi featured tuna, yellowtail, and salmon, all exceptionally fresh and flavorful. Having been to many sushi spots, I rarely find fish of this quality at such a reasonable price.
