Skyline Chili - Réservation de table

I went through the drive through this evening. A new hire at the register wasn’t sure how to ring up a gift card and said his manager had to show him how. The manager named Steve walked up to the young man and showed him step by step how to process the sale. One of the biggest issues in the world nowadays is customer service and coaching of team members within an organization. I have to give Steve major props because he was extremely patient showing this new hire how to make the transaction happen without acting as though he was bothered by the new hire. Steve is a credit to this location and the skyline corporation. Very nice job!

I typically don't review chain restaurants, but I have a soft spot for Skyline Chili because of their burritos (who would have thought?). Unfortunately, I have to say this particular location is one to skip. As soon as you enter, you're hit by the unpleasant smell of stale oil and grease that fills the air. This can't be a corporate-owned spot, since I doubt the corporate office would allow such filthy, outdated, and worn decor. While the food was decent, it arrived cold, and it was hard to enjoy it with that odor lingering around.

I visited on December 30th and the restaurant was busy, but that didn't stop the staff from doing their best. I sat at the bar, and they kept pushing out orders while maintaining a smooth drive-thru service. Compared to the one on Hillard Rome Rd. and South High St., this location will definitely be my new favorite. I ordered three loaded cheese coneys, and they were freshly made and delivered to me quickly.

"Located right there, this place may not know what a Coney Dog is, but it offers its own unique and delicious options. The four-way chili was spot on. The service was excellent. The main takeaway from this review is: definitely eat here!" Réservez une table maintenant

I'm not going to bash Skyline Chili, but it was highly recommended by my northern friends lol. I'm just from Louisiana and to me chili has way more flavor and seasoning. Gabby was our server and she was very nice and attentive.

Fantastic service! This Skyline is one of the best I've been to—it's clean, the portion sizes are generous, and the staff is really friendly.
