Tonight was quite an experience… I sent my fiancé to pick up food for us, and when he came home and we started eating our coneys, we quickly realized there were no hot dogs in the buns or under the chili and cheese. When we called to address the issue, the manager, Alana, insisted that they had included hot dogs and said we were mistaken, repeating this three times.
The skyline in the greater Cincinnati area is the worst. I went through the drive-thru, and my food was just carelessly tossed into the bag—my cheese coneys were completely upside down. To make matters worse, they mixed up my order and gave me the wrong items. This isn’t the first time I've had issues there. Save yourself time and money—don't go.
Skyline food speaks for itself, so there's no need for a detailed review. Today, I want to focus on the consistency of this location. It was clean, and the staff operated like a well-functioning team. The food was delicious and served with attention to detail. The staff also had excellent attitudes.
Skyline is a favorite of mine but this particular skyline is the best. Their portions are always big and their service is always very friendly. We love going here. Réservez une table maintenant
this location is one of the few left it's still serve the chili dip.The skyline fills your bowls up prices seem fair in the service was good.
