"I've tried several taco stands in Long Beach, and most were quite basic or mediocre. The asada quesadilla at Tacos Uziel is exceptional and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend it. Keep in mind, they only accept cash—no Zelle or other payment apps, which is a bit inconvenient. This is my current favorite spot. Prices are reasonable, around $12 for a taco and quesadilla. "I visited because of the great reviews, but the sandwiches didn’t live up to the price. Spending $14 on a sandwich that feels more like a $7 portion isn’t worth it. The salsa lacked any real spice. Service was good. Overall, a takeout breakfast with food rated 3, service 4, and atmosphere 2."

"Speak Cheesy was the perfect late-night snack at our wedding! Pete was super easy to work with—accommodating, low-key, and professional. The red pizza truck was a great fit with our venue and added such a fun touch. Guests are still raving about the pizzas! Highly recommend for any event. Food: 5 Service: 5"
