I would never revisit, we had meals, had an issue. was returned on the day due to poor hygiene standards, other had food poisoning that night due to something with in...the meals poultry dishes). As a result a pregnant lady went to hospital with health concerns of the baby. When speaking to the owners of the restaurant, they didnt want to hear. I have texts messages where I communicated out to the manager following a phone call (where the manager (Sam) was very aggressive) where I asked for it to be looked into and action taken, to which I have a text stating We dont do this'. Was here for dinner with a group of friends on a Friday evening. Restaurant was relatively busy. Ordered a medium prosciutto pizza. Upon its arrival it was evident that it wasn’t fresh. Pizza base was hard and over cooked, rocket used on top of pizza...was what looked like days old , brown in colour and shriveled. Pizza also had half a red uncooked onion. When I asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen the manager bought it back to me and questioned why I had sent it back. Ordered pizzas last night to take home. When i got home and opened the box the base of the gourmet pizza (neptune) was incredible thin and dry with tiger prawns cut in half. When I called to complain the person said they know have...a new chef making the pizzas and that's how he make them. Slices Caroline Springs you wont have many customers if you continue to make pizzas like that. To pay top price for a gourmet pizza and then through it in the bin when your pizzas in the past have been excellent. Also when asked to speak to the owner I was told he does not speak to customers. Will never order from Slices in Caroline Springs or any Slices store in the future.
would not recommend. we booked a table for the Mother's Day two weeks ago. I actually had the day and the time I called from my call history. from april turned to say no one wrote it down. all we got was a bad thing about and said that next time they made a booking to make sure they could ask for a certain person or get lost. the suffering made all the difference when we were left on Mother's Day at night and tried to find another restaurant that can fit people. they always have a security plan when they book here. My partner and I ordered dessert from this restaurant for delivery, but it was a disappointment. The pancake was tiny and undercooked, and my sticky date pudding was rock solid. We won't be ordering from here again. I suggest sticking to their pizza based on the reviews I've seen. Such a shame!
poor service and terrible eating. tischservice was really bad. had to go against them to remind them to serve us. ordered seafood plate without chips. they did not replace chips so they left an empty gap on the plate where the chips. seafood should be boiled and dry. wii never go back
