The place itself is tucked into the end of the Factory, a nice facility in Wake Forest with ice rinks, axe-throwing, and more. There's plenty of seating, both outside, inside, and a few in the Factory hall (I recommend these! .It is counter service with pizza, salad, and some hoagies.So we ordered at the counter from the friendly people working there. First off, I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the young people working here. They keep a tidy, clean environment and are friendly. I believe this place recently changed hands because the old menus on the wall are all gone. That being said; this could be good or bad. Excellent job cooking the fried Calamari. Perfect for frozen as you can get. Absolutely no flavor While the pizza is prepared with top-notch ingredients, it is obvious these are novices flipping the pies as I have yet to see one actually symmetrical. We tried Slices Ices Pizza for the first time tonight, and even with a delivery hiccup we were extremely satisfied! It's not always about the problem; it's about how it's resolved. : The pizza was hot and fresh and so delicious! They actually use pizza dough and not frozen bread dough. If anyone knows anything about good pizza they'll know how important that is for the best pizza!! 10 stars!!!!!!!!!! We've had a hard time finding the best pizza in town since moving from New England, but Slices Ices is it!! We can't wait to try more from the menu! I also love that delivery is done by an in-house employee. I'd rather my go straight to the restaurant than a large food delivery corporation.

Nice place. Pizza looked really good. I was in the mood for a chicken parmesan sub. I would not recommend it. It was small and thin pieces of chicken that were mostly breading. I did not get my protein fill at all, I feel like I just ate a sub with bread filling.

Love their pizza and staff have always been amazing! We have had several sporting event parties here and have always had great service and food.
