I gave the food a rating of 5 because we did not eat, so it would have been unfair to judge it. The exterior of the restaurant was disappointing, with glasses scattered everywhere and every table filled with empty dishes. The interior was also lacking in cleanliness, with sticky tables that I had to clean myself. Despite the empty bar inside, the service was slow. My cocktail was poorly made, with layers of syrups and alcohol as it was not shaken properly. I had to stir it for a long time to mix it all together with the ice. Additionally, there were young girls drunk and crying in the restroom. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.
First time we came here and probably the last. Booked a table a few days in advanced, for 10 for a birthday party. we came in to realize that there was no table ready and were given two separate tables in a crowded area. Having put them together it could only comfortably fit 8 so it was quite a squeeze. Given that there were large tables with only 4-5 people sitting on them, I asked as to why we weren't given a proper table. the reason being that they were fully booked. The waiter was very rude and threatened to kick me out for complaining. Not sure why you would accept a large booking if you don't have space. The drinks were nice though.
The nachos were amazing, the drinks were incredible, and the staff was polite and quick. However, one standout staff member was a lady named Kailey. She was exceptionally polite, quick, and on point, constantly smiling and checking in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning thanks to her amazing service. The only downside was that one staff member was giving dirty looks to my party all night and never once came over to ask how we were enjoying our food and drinks. This individual seemed very rude, and if I had caught their name, I would have mentioned it in a review at the bar.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. We participated in a mocktail making session with Matthew and tried all of the different mocktails. There was a special offer of 2 for 1 mocktails with a burger and chips, which was very satisfying. The interior of the restaurant was also aesthetically pleasing for taking pictures. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

My daughter had her wedding party, it was very relaxed and informal, food was lovely, and plates just kept getting topped up. The staff were really helpful and just let us get on with it. Would highly recommend it for an informal day to spend with your family and friends oh and they do lovely cocktails and mocktails. Thank you for a lovely day

He was very helpful with everything and whatever we asked for he provided. He deserves all the praise!!!
Had a really good time doing bottomless brunch with a group of friends, Ash was amazing super quick service and she was very attentive to our table. definitely worth the money, my only down fall was there was no darker spirits on the menu but really didn't effect our visit. We will be back
We came here for my girlfriends birthday and Alfie was the BEST bartender ever sang happy birthday in front of everyone on his own made her feel very happy and made sure her night was as good as it could be. Couldn’t recommend a better bartender. Thanks Alfie for making her night the best

Matthew was really attentive amazing service, waited on us was so pleasant and polite, felt like we were the only people in the bar however it was very busy so Matthew did a really good job. Thanks so much, we really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend.
