we were not impressed by missoula and were actually disappointed as they were recommended to us. we visited the hottest day of the year so far and their air conditioning was only not on kratzer. we could not sit outside if we wanted because they had no sunshades for shadows and the outside was not well presented. we sat inside, up on the back when they tried to find the coolest place they could, but really this was only dark, lacking ambiente and was still too warm. we had booked an early table when we were in a matinee in the theater when we arrived the restaurant was quite empty, but they said we had to sit at the bar, because he was not sure whether the waitress was back from their break,...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The broccoli was cold and soggy, the burger was hard, and the drink orders were incorrect—we received more than what we asked for. The gin came with ice, even though we specifically requested it without. It took two hours for us to get our food, and the service was virtually nonexistent. Despite the restaurant being large, there seemed to be a lack of staff. We were never given a physical menu or informed that there was an app available to place orders. Overall, it was not a great experience.
Great friendly staff couldn't fault. Charging for vegetables though is a cheek. Madeira chicken is delicious but served with frieds only poor. And what restaurant runs out of custard? Chef should be able to make from scratch. Overall good food, nice ambience and great staff. I'd go again.
Terrible food! Steak was over priced and like rubber. The waitress was rude and they forgot half of our food which meant our food was cold by time we had our sides brought out! Big mistake choosing Missoula!

The service was extremely slow, food was poor quality, limp salad and veg. Did not clear our table once finished. Very expensive for what we had and the poor quality. Won’t be going back.
Food and service great but so noisy and two different types of music. One from restaurant and one from downstairs with downstairs being so loud found it hard to talk to each other
Maybe they were having an off night, but all our meals were terrible. Dry, over cooked, tasteless and cold. Maybe stick to cocktails? The place looks so fun though!
Great night. Quick service. 2 for 1 cocktails until 10. Great service and all my food requirements catered for. Will definitely return.
