This business is very unprofessional I booked them to do my sons birthday cake and I was told that they can make it just to be a told a day before my sons party that they do not work with fondant and can not complete my sons cake. When I went to get my refund they laughed at the situation not once did I even get an apology. If I could give zero stars I would.
I cannot comment on the customer service, but the cupcakes at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! I adore the different flavors and decorations, and they are incredibly moist. Just one cupcake is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. I am willing to drive at least 30 minutes just to indulge in these treats. The only downside is the poor parking situation.
I love the cupcakes from here but the manager was extremly rude and inconsiderate. The image on the cookie cake printed unclearly and bad quality. The manager refused to believe so, very strange because on instagram their photos the the cookie pies look great, unfortunately that wasnt the case for me.
Delicious cupcakes. Lots of choices with great service and comes in a pretty little pink and white box for each individual cupcake of four so they don't get squished. Réservez une table maintenant
One of our favorite bakeries on Long Island. Fresh baked, flavorful, decadent, non-greasy finishes. Particularly love the chocolate cakes!
Why do you require a minimum order of 4 packs? Why can't we mix and match different varieties? This policy is absurd.
