We placed our order for a smart bar on August 10th and opted for three-day shipping. As of September 2nd, we still haven’t received the product, nor have we been given a clear answer about its arrival. We paid nearly $1,000 more for this item compared to a similar product, based on the promised delivery time, and I informed the salesperson of this. Additionally, I was charged more for shipping than was initially quoted. I would like to escalate this issue to a supervisor, but my calls go unanswered, and the voicemail is full.
